Meat On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin or round steak, cut into bite size pieces
    1 medium onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Combine red pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt in a wide, shallow bowl.
    Add beef and mix with hands to coat with spices. Preheat broiler.
    Thread beef and onion pieces onto 12-inch skewers.
    Broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until meat is tender. Makes 8 skewers.
