Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pinto beans
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients well.
Add cooled pinto beans.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Get oven hot then turn down to 275\u00b0 and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
