Lobster Or Crab Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce
tomato
1/2 lb. sea legs
2 tsp. lemon juice
white pepper
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
Preparation

Cut lettuce in half; make a firm cup by taking out some of the center.
Cut off both ends of a tomato, take out the core, cut into eighths, but do not cut all the way through.
Marinate the sea legs in lemon juice, white pepper, mayonnaise and chopped celery.
Use ice cream scoop; fill center of tomato.
Put the tomato into the lettuce cup and gently open the tomato.
Garnish with olives or sliced cucumbers.
