Pineapple Salad With 7-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 large can pineapple, drained
1 c. pineapple juice (add enough water to make 1 c. if necessary)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Mix Jell-O in hot water and 7-Up and let start to set.
Add drained pineapple to Jell-O.
Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Fold pudding into whipped cream and spread on top of Jell-O.
