Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip (from 9 oz. container)
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

For crust:
Mix flour, margarine (melted) and chopped pecans together and press in a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown, then cool.
