Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 eggs
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small lump butter
Preparation

Mix cornstarch with sugar.
Add eggs and vinegar.
Add water and extract.
Add butter just before your take from heat.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
