Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lentils, cooked and mashed
    1 onion
    1 c. ground walnuts
    2 eggs, beaten
    14 oz. can milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. rusket crumbs
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mince onion and brown in part of oil.
    Add lentils and other ingredients.
    Bake in oiled loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
