Lentil Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. cooked, drain lentils
    1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/2 c. walnuts or sunflower seeds
    1/2 tsp. sage or thyme
    2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. broth or water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion in oil until slightly browned.
    Mix ingredients except sesame seed and place in a greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle top with seed.
    Bake 30 minutes, covered, then 10 minutes, uncovered.
    Can be shaped into patties and cooked on griddle instead.
