Microwave Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken (1-inch cubes)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. instant rice
    2 tsp. onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all but cheese in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover; cook on High 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top; cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
