Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. vinegar (white distilled only)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. salt
    1/2 c. black pepper
    2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    3 (14 oz.) bottles catsup
    1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 small jar mustard
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice (put in spice ball)
Preparation
    Important: Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Mix mustard with part of vinegar and make thin before adding to pot, mustard may lump otherwise.
