Corn Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. coarsely crumbled corn bread
4 c. crumbled dry bread
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. sage
1 c. broth (made from giblets)
3 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix bread, onions, celery and seasonings in a large bowl.
Add eggs and butter and mix well.
If mixture seems too dry, add more broth to moisten but do not make pastry.
Put in a greased baking pan or muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
