Beef Tips And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck beef, cubed
    2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3 c. water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    meat\ttenderizer,
    pepper,
    salt and thyme on beef. Turn
    meat\tseveral
    times\tto coat evenly.
    In roaster oven,
    or large Corning dish, cook, uncovered, in oven at 400\u00b0 for
    1 hour to brown, turning only once.
    Add remaining ingredients,
    stirring thoroughly.
    Cook, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
    Serve over rice.
