Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped carrots, boiled until almost tender
rice, boiled
1 onion, chopped
2 to 3 slices bacon, chopped
1 spoon dark soya sauce
some small shrimp
2 dried mushrooms, slices and/or whole)
green peas
Preparation

Preheat wok pot; add oil to bottom.
When hot, place sliced garlic in pot and heat.
May remove if desired.
Cook onion, bacon, shrimp, mushrooms, peas and carrots, stir-frying often. Add rice to wok.
Stir-fry until well mixed with vegetables.
Add soya sauce as desired.
