Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
24 crushed chocolate wafers
24 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. creme de menthe
2 Tbsp. white creme de cacao
1 c. whipped cream
red maraschino cherries
grated semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Melt butter. Stir into crushed chocolate wafers.
Use for crust (press into 8-inch pie pan).
Melt marshmallows in milk. Cool.
Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into pie shell.
Garnish with cherries and chocolate on top.
Freeze.
Serve frozen.
