Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    8 strips crisp bacon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped mushrooms (if desired)
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    parsley (for looks)
    cheese (Cheddar works best)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes, cut in halves.
    Cook bacon and melt butter while preparing potatoes.
    Keep oven on.
    Spoon out potatoes from shells, leaving only enough to keep skin firm.
    Spoon in 1/2 teaspoon butter, bacon and mushrooms; then top with Cheddar or your choice of cheese.
    Serve with sour cream, ketchup, mustard or horseradish sauce.
