Monterey Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. each: garlic and onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 medium tomatoes, cut in 8ths
1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation

Saute meat in skillet until done.
Drain.
Add garlic and onion powder.
Blend salt, Tabasco, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Add this mixture and remaining ingredients, except corn chips, to ground beef.
Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with corn chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
