Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine with sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in wafer crumbs, coconut and nuts.
Spread batter in greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert on wire rack to cool.
Yields 12 servings.
