Simple Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. sugar
    butter (size of an egg; 1/2 stick)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake 1 hour in moderate oven at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
