Pool Gogi - Korean Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame oil or vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. tender beef, sliced very thin
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except meat.
Then add meat and mix thoroughly.
Let stand 2 hours.
Put a little sesame oil in a frypan and get hot.
Then pour meat mixture into pan and stir-fry until done.
Serve over rice.
