One-Dish Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes (or 1 qt. if you have your own)
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. green sweet pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into small pieces
Preparation
    Brown beef lightly over moderate heat; drain off fat.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Cover and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to skillet.
    Serve hot.
