Pork Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    filet of pork
    1/2 can pineapple juice
    1 c. white wine or rum
    crushed pineapple
    mandarin oranges and pimentos
Preparation
    Marinate the pork in the pineapple juice and wine (or rum) for about 3 hours.
    Cover with pineapple, oranges and pimentos.
    Cook according to weight of pork, at about 350\u00b0.
