Refrigerator Roll Dough(For Rolls Or Coffee Cakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1/4 cup water (110\u00b0) with 1 teaspoon of the sugar.
    Combine milk, sugar, salt and lemon rind.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast and well beaten eggs; mix.
    Add 1/2 of the flour; mix and add margarine.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining flour and mix, but do not knead.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Place in greased bowl; chill.
