Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
4 c. fresh cranberries, ground
2 large apples, cored and ground
1 unpeeled orange, seeded and ground
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Bring sugar and water to boil in saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved.
Chill until slightly set; fold in fruit and nuts.
Makes 6 1/2 cup mold or 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
