Rhubarb-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. sugar
3 oz. strawberry gelatin
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. diced celery
8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, water and pineapple in saucepan.
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, gelatin, salt and lemon juice. Stir until dissolved.
Chill until slightly congealed.
Add celery and pineapple tidbits.
Chill until firm.
