Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 pkg. yeast (2 Tbsp.)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 or 2 eggs (if possible)
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar.
    Warm buttermilk to about 98\u00b0 temperature (baby bottle temperature).
    Add soda.
    Put these ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add butter, salt and eggs; mix slightly, then add flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough no longer sticks to the side of the bowl.
    Cover; let rise.
    Punch down; make into rolls.
    Let rise for about 25 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 24 to 36 rolls.
