Rave Reviews Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand vanilla instant pudding-pie filling
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixer bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
