Pumpkin Nut Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 (16 oz.) cans solid pack pumpkin
    3 c. milk (1 large can evaporated milk, add regular milk to make 3 c.)
    1 c. nuts
    1 stick butter
    1/2 box yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 box cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix.
    Drizzle with melted butter well.
    Sprinkle nuts over top.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes, depending on oven (350\u00b0 for metal pan, 325\u00b0 for glass).
    Serve with whipped cream.
    Yields 12 servings.
