Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot pepper vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 grated onion
    1 large or 2 small chickens
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place first 8 ingredients in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Place chicken in baking dish.
    Add 1/2 cup ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to the hot sauce and pour over chicken.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
