Southern Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, diced
    2 onions, chopped
    3 potatoes, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped, or juice
    2 celery stalks
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 lb. boiling beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Cook chopped up beef, then add vegetables.
    Brown sausage a little, then add to vegetables and beef.
    Brown flour in grease; pour over vegetables and meat mixture.
    Simmer until done.
    Serve.
