Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) double crust
4 rounded c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
1 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine rhubarb and sugar; mix well.
Add flour and mix again. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
Dot with butter and moisten pastry edge with water.
Cover with top crust.
Fold to edge under bottom crust; flute and cut slits.
