Charlie'S Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish fillets
    buttermilk
    Tabasco
    salt
    pepper
    yellow corn meal
    oil
Preparation
    Cut fish fillets into 1-inch wide strips.
    Soak covered in buttermilk for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Remove from milk and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Tabasco.
    Roll in yellow corn meal. Fry in 1 1/2-inches of oil that is very hot but not smoking for approximately 4 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain and serve immediately.
