Pork Steak Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pork steaks
    3 to 4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 small can peas
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    In a skillet brown the pork steak.
    Mix together the tomato soup, chopped onions, parsley, peas and mushrooms.
    In a bowl place the sliced potatoes.
    Sprinkle on the salt, pepper and half of the soup mixture.
    Stir well.
    Put the potato mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Lay the browned pork steaks on top of the potatoes.
    Pour the remaining tomato soup mixture on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
