Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In another container, mix flour and sugar.
    Put 1/2 yeast mixture in flour mixture.
    Add egg, shortening and rest of yeast mixture.
    Beat until smooth.
    Cover. Let rise 30 minutes.
    Grease muffin tins.
    Fill the tins half full.
    Let this rise 30 minutes, covered.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
