Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour in 2 (8-inch) pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes (test for doneness).
