Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/8 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda together; add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla, bananas and nuts.
    Pour into 2 large loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
