Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix shortening, eggs and pumpkin.
    In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
    Add to pumpkin mixture and blend well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
