Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    4 potatoes
    5 eggs
    4 jalapeno peppers (optional)
    3 green onions (optional)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Take potatoes and dice into small pieces.
    Then fry. Meanwhile, brown ground meat separately; then drain excess fluid from meat.
    Combine potatoes and meat; then saute chopped jalapenos and onions in a small amount of butter.
    Scramble eggs. Combine all ingredients in a large skillet.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 6.
