Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green or red or yellow peppers
    1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained
    1 - 16 oz. container plain yogurt or sour cream
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Mix remaining ingredients and fill peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake another 30 minutes.
    These freeze well.
