Salmon Loaf With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained, deboned and flaked
1/2 c. milk
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix salmon, milk, bread crumbs and eggs. Add onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix well, but do not overmix.
Place into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Prepare Dill Sauce (recipe follows).
