Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. liquid oil
3 c. sugar
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped dates
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; sift next 4 ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture alternately with water.
Beat well until smooth, then add chopped dates that have been sprinkled with flour.
Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans or loaf pan.
Fill half full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
