Ingredients

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine (not light)
3 eggs
3 scant Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter, add eggs one at a time and beat well; add vinegar and vanilla, beat in coconut. Pour in pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
