Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or pick of the chick, which is usually 3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 breasts
    2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or any kind of creamed soup
    3/4 pkg of spaghetti noodles
    1 onion chopped
    1 cup of cheddar cheese
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Boil chicken with spices until done and remove from broth and save broth.
    When chicken is cool enough to handle, remove meat, discarding skin and bones.
    Boil noodles according to package directions in leftover broth until done.
    May have to add more water to broth.
    Drain and leave a little broth in bottom of pan.
    Add cream of mushroom soup to hot noodles and stir, add onion, rotel tomatoes, chicken, and mushrooms if you desire.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 dish and cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with parmesan cheese on top if desired.
    Add garlic bread and a salad for a delicious meal.
