Hash Brown Casserole I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 cans potato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour in 9 x 13-inch dish. Refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
