Hamburger Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 pkg. canned crescent rolls
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef
    and
    onion.
    Let
    cool
    and drain.
    Stir in cheese, egg, salt and chili powder; mix well.
    Use rolling pin and roll
    out each individual crescent roll as large as possible. Spoon
    filling
    into crescent roll and fold over, making into a turnover.
    Place
    on
    greased baking sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
    Serve hot.
