Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 carrot
Preparation

Mix gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients except carrot.
Chill until mixture is slightly thick.
Shred carrot.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 4-cup mold or 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Chill until set.
