Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. packaged potatoes, sliced
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Add potatoes to water and salt in saucepan; mix.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and boil until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
