Muffuletta(New Orleans Sandwich) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/3 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
    1 c. black olives, chopped
    1/2 c. pimentos, chopped
    1 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 large round bread loaf
    deli meats and cheeses
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Cut bread in half.
    Remove center from top and bottom.
    Drizzle some oil on bread.
    Fill with layers of meat and cheese.
    Put olive salad on top.
    Cover with bread top.
    Place in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Slice and serve.
