Garlic Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In ovenproof skillet or baking pan, melt butter or margarine and garlic salt.
    Add bread cubes; toss to coat.
    Place in a 300\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until croutons are quite dry and crispy.
    Refrigerate in tightly covered jar until needed.
    Yields 3 cups.
