Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose (if using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Stir in milk.
    Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot meat or vegetables in boiling stew (do not drop directly into liquid).
    Cook uncovered 10 minutes.
    Cover and cook about 10 minutes longer.
    Makes 8 to 10 dumplings.
