Rich Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream-style corn
Preparation
    Melt the butter in iron skillet; let it get real hot.
    Add corn bread mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges.
    Remove carefully with a metal spatula, scraping bottom to get crust.
    Serve hot.
